Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my big, scary, exciting goal setting session at the start of the year. It allows me to leave my comfort zone and imagine real, noticeable change in my life.

But 12 months is a long time. And a lot can change in your life in even a day, or a week, so it’s not always the best idea to just focus on the year as a whole. With any goal, it’s essential to pivot and tweak things along the journey, as circumstances change.

Which is why I’m in love with 90 day plans for 2017! 

It’s simple – take your 2017 goals, break them down into actionable steps and smaller milestones you can achieve in the next 90 days. Rinse and repeat. Achieve awesome things. Have your best year yet!
