For the past few months, I’ve been taking a break from the gym.
Apart from my weekly pole fitness class, I’ve been exclusively working at home. For free. With very little equipment! I truly believe you can have an amazing, effective workout routine without having to pay for the gym. I’m actually back at the gym now and taking a break from pole fitness, because I like to constantly switch it up, challenge my body and I want to access heavy free weights again. However, I’ve definitely learnt a thing or two in the past few months about getting the most from an at home fitness routine.
In today’s video, I’m sharing my top tips for anyone wanting to get fit at home - whether you’re stuck for time, money or don’t have access to a good gym, there really is no excuse to get active! Everyone deserves to move their body in a way that makes them feel good, and you can discover that in the comfort of your bedroom!
