Quick Ways to Pamper Yourself Midweek

Quick ways to pamper yourself midweek - pamper tips for busy people !

In light of yesterday’s post about making time for self care, I wanted to share some mini pamper treats with you today that you can easily make time for in a busy week.

These are the perfect midweek pick me ups if you’re in need of some relaxation, but don’t have the time for a full on spa day (although side note – you should definitely schedule one of those in soon as well!)

Quick Skincare Boosts

5 minute face masks or simple treatment products are great if you can spare an extra few minutes in your evening. I love the Sanctuary Spa 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask – it warms up on your skin and feels like a real treat. I also love using the Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix pads once a week – just pop on as you would a toner and they work overnight to resurface and rejuvenate your complexion.

You’ll wake up with a beautiful glow and a pep in your step.

Mini Manicure

I find doing my own nails so therapeutic – I can’t even remember the last time I got them done. Thanks to Seche Vite, it’s so quick, easy and fool proof to do my own mani at home. They dry quickly, have a gel-like shine and last much longer chip free.

Popping my favourite Youtube channel on, giving my nails a fresh polish and having 15-20 minutes to myself is the best way to relax and feel pampered after a stressful day.

Moisture Head to Toe

I wouldn’t dream of leaving the house without using moisturiser, but so often we neglect our bodies in an effort to save time getting ready. There is something so special feeling about having smooth skin 24/7, and it really doesn’t take that much extra time! An extra 10 minutes in the morning to run over my legs with the razor and slap some Soap & Glory Body Butter on makes the world of a difference to how my skin looks, but also how I feel.

You could also swap out the body butter for a gradual tanner if you like a glow.

Essential Oils and Candles

Why save your favourite candle or essential oils for the weekend? Sometimes, a delicious fragrance is just what you need to switch off from a stressful day and wind down.

You could also place a reed diffuser in your hallway, so you’re instantly hit with the fragrance when you get home and it triggers your brain to decompress and get out of work mode. We have one in our hallway, and it makes me smile every time I come through the door.

Fresh Bedding

Recently, I’ve been doing my laundry on a Monday. So when I get in bed on Monday evening, I have fresh smelling bed sheets. I can tell you this is such a treat to start the week with.

It’s such a small thing but as I’m sure you’ve experienced, it’s one of the nicest feelings in the world. It makes the busiest and most stressful Mondays instantly melt away once you’re under the covers.

What are YOUR midweek pick-me-ups? I’ve love to get your recommendations!

Love, Kat x
