Why I Hate Diet Labels...

A couple of months ago, I decided to stop labelling my diet. 

Instead, I'm focusing on balance - eating to feel good, following the natural intuition of my body and not forcing myself to live by a specific set of rules and principles.

2017 is all about listening to my body, and making intuitive, guilt free decisions with my health and fitness routine. It's already improved my confidence, energy levels and life SO much. 

As Mel Wells says, "It's food. Not religion".

If you're someone who has struggled with the guilt and shame of a diet label, I hope today's video can offer some words of encouragement to step away from that and step into embracing balance.
